Finally, after a couple of delays that were mostly my fault, SS Combat and Fitness is having our Grand Opening on Saturday, March 21 at 1pm. It will be open house style with our instructors on hand to answer any questions you may have and explain how we can help you achieve your goals whether they are in combat sports, getting into better shape, or simply getting out some aggresion and destressing.

Please check back here frequently as we are finalizing our class schedule and will be posting our new (lower!!) prices as soon as possible.

To start things off, we are going to be holding classes in Amatuer Wrestling, Muay Thai, MMA, No Gi Jui Jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing, and Self Defense. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at salmonsean@yahoo.com.
